Gavin is a registered Professional Engineer (PE) in the state of Utah. He recieved a Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Utah and has worked for multiple private engineering consultants on a variety of subdvision, utility, grading and stormwater projects. He is exceptional in GIS, Civil 3D, HEC-RAS, RAS Mapper, Hydraulic Toolbox and many other engineering software. He prides himself on his professionalism, and responsiveness in his communication with clients and regulators. He has the relationships, skills, knowledge competence and local expertise to make your project a success.
